By purchasing from VapeOutlet.eu, you agree to these Terms of Sale. These terms outline our policies on payment, shipping, returns, and customer responsibilities.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your country) to buy vaping products.
  • By ordering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

3. Products & Availability

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.
  • Availability may change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for courier or customs delays once the order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened and unused.
  • To request a return, contact us at sasvseu@gmail.com.
  • Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

7. Age Verification

  • We may request proof of age before fulfilling an order.
  • Orders placed by underage customers will be cancelled and refunded, 5eur fee will be collected.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse or improper handling of products.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France and applicable EU regulations.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of France.
